Well all i can says is WOWOW

I played around with all 4 mappers provided by A&H and they work pretty darn well!

I will probably have a few minor things customized to my liking, that a way to change the view between, 2 Deck's and 4 deck's and also set my Chanal's as 3124 instead of 1234.

Very good job A&H.

Cheers

Hi jovenz

Traktor Pro; developed and tested under v1.2.3 thru v1.2.6.

Ensure your DAW software version's up to date.

YYYESSSSSSSS. Thank you!! Very very excited to try these out.

One question for A&H: I didn't see anything in the PDFs about how to activate the high and low pass filters. Was that function omitted?

good question... i figured they werent essential seeing as though there are filters in the built in effects... my advice would be to just add them in as a mod. - thats what ive done

Yeah, I really liked how MixArchitect's mapping used the X/Y crossfader assign to activate the band filters. I like using the EQ knobs way more and you can flip the switch and return to the original position of your bass EQ.

Was really hoping for something like this in the A&H mappings. Either this or a way to kill the bass EQ with a button like the Rane mixers. Not that I'm complaining, I'm just totally incompetent when it comes to MIDI mapping...

i dont use my corss fader at all... might be an opportunity to make it useful.

midi mapping is pretty simple once u get how it works. if u want PM me and ill explain how to do it.

have fun!

Yeah, I've seen people that mapped the crossfader to the cue/mix blend, but they have this covered in this mapping.

Do you know if it's possible to map the fader to BOTH dry wet knobs from each effect bank so you can trigger both simultaneously?

I might take you up on the PM after the weekend...

yeah man you can pretty much map anything you want

trust me when i say its simple. it just takes time to map everything. best advice is to make a plan before you start, it will save time! Pm whenever you want

note - there are various links on the net which will explain in great detail on how to midi map traktor. but they're not really needed. you literally just press 'learn' after assigning a function and then press, twist, move whatever button or knob it is you want.

a very general explanation, but yeah

When I try to import any of the A&H mappers nothing responds. When I load the Mix Architect version, it works. I have been BETA testing ITCH 1.7, but I have rolled my firmware back to try out these mappers.

I have followed the PDF setup instructions to the letter. Any idea what I may be missing? Very strange. I can flip back to ITCH 1.6 or 1.7 and rerun the firmware upgrade and everything works perfect in both versions. So dont think it is my controller. Seems to be a setting somewhere along the way. I am not well versed in Traktor so am clueless right now.

I have one issue hat i cant seem to fix, does anyone know the solution.

When all the maps are loaded and i use the layer button on the right deck(deck B & D) when i light up deck C on dx(deck B traktor) the track player on DX deck D but is on deck B in traktor and visa versa for the right deck.

Any ideas?
