hey guys i just bought a 2d and traktor pro and was wondering if you guys
could tell me
how i can set up the headphones so i can pre-listen to tracks on one of the
decks (deck B).or what channels i have to use to make a single track come
through the headphone monitor section.im really new at this so any advice
would be great

Goto the download section on the main Xone site. Get the traktor layout files. look at the pdfs to find an Internal Mixer Midi Mapping that suits you, then import the associated traktor Mapping file into traktor using traktor's control panel. That will let you control traktor using the 2D and pre listen to your tracks.

thamks but ive already done the mapping but in my headphones i can hear
both decks.i just want to hear the one deck.any ideas??

Hi bangkokrose
Ensure you got the maps for Traktor Pro, not the .tks files for Traktor 3.
You can be sure it's the correct .zip if you use the link HERE.
The file from this zip that you need to import into Traktor Pro is named:
X2D_T-PRO_2DECKS_2FX_ADV.tsi
Once you've imported the file*, check that Traktor's MIXER MODE is set to INTERNAL
(in PREFERENCES > OUTPUT ROUTING > MIXING MODE).
In this map, pressing the ALT modifier and left (or right) jogwheel switch enables the cue bus for DECK A (and DECK B).
To monitor the cue bus via headphones connected to the XONE:2D, ensure you select the SC monitor signal source as is routed to Traktor's OUTPUT MONITOR channel.

*if you're using a PC, you can also import the audio device settings to configure the soundcard routing for both internal and external mixing modes
