hello...I just bought an Xone:S2 and I wanted to know:

1. is there a way to get the Headphone output to be Pre-EQ...for example, when I drop the bass on the track that is Cued, I don't want the drop to happen in my headphones...I lose the bass in the headphone...I have and MP2016 and it is set up like this, EQ changes are not reflected in the Headphones.

2. where can I buy the Rotary Fader plate for the mixer and how much is it...I cannot find any dealers online that sell it.

regards,

Juan

Hi Juan

1. No, the CUE bus routing on the XONE:S2 cannot be changed.
Modification for Pre/Post CUE EQ is only available for XONE2:62, XONE2:464 and XONE92 mixers.

2. Please contact AM&S, our American distributors, for information on Xone parts stockists in the US.
You can find their contact details at the following link:

A complete list of authorised A&H service centres, who should be able to source this part, is also available here:
http://www.allen-heath.com/US/service_centres.asp

Alternatively, you can submit a ticket inquiry, requesting info, directly to the AM&S support team here:
http://americanmusicandsound.helpserve.com/index.php?_m=tick ets&_a=submit

We hope this helps

1. Well...I am returning the Xone:S2 and upgrading to an Xone:92...how is the construction quality and components between these two mixers?

2. Also...is the Rotary Fader version on the Xone:92 a swappable feature...in the future can I swap the panel of my slide fader Xone:92 for Rotary?

best regards

Hi Juan

1.The same, double sided, vertical mounted, PCB assembly production processes and design principles are used for both the Xone:92 and S2. Components are also similar across the Xone mixer range.
At A&H, we believe the quality of these shared processes and design principles are among the reasons that our DJ mixers have gained their world-class reputation.

2. No.
